What is Brainspotting, and how does it work?

Brainspotting is a neuroscience-based therapy that helps access and release trauma stored in the brain and nervous system. It works by identifying "brainspots"—eye positions linked to unresolved emotional pain—and using focused attention to allow the brain to process and heal naturally.
